1.1 - You can select products from Zapai and add them to your cart.
1.2 - Providing accurate information while placing an order is essential.
1.3 - If you enter incorrect details, please contact us immediately after confirming your order.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 - All product prices are based on the prices displayed on our website.
2.2 - Prices may change, but the price at the time of order placement will be applicable.
2.3 - You can complete your payment using our secure payment gateway. Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Delivery
3.1 - We strive to deliver your order within the specified time.
3.2 - Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
3.3 - Delivery charges will be added to the product cost and may vary by region.
4. Return & Exchange
4.1 - If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may return or exchange it.
4.2 - Please check the product in front of the delivery rider before accepting it.
4.3 - If the product is not checked in front of the delivery rider, no return or exchange will be accepted.
4.4 - If you wish to return a product due to personal preference or any other issue, a charge of 200 BDT will apply. (Since we use a single-use box, this fee covers packaging and courier charges. The return charge is 140 BDT within Dhaka and 200 BDT outside Dhaka.)

১.১ - Zapai সাইট থেকে আপনার পছন্দের পণ্য বাছাই করে কার্টে যোগ করতে পারবেন।
১.২ - অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক।
১.৩ - অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ভুল তথ্য দিলে দ্রুত আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
২. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
২.১ - সকল পণ্যের মূল্য Zapai ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে নির্ধারিত হয়।
২.২ - পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, তবে অর্ডার করার সময় যে মূল্য দেখানো হবে, সেটিই প্রযোজ্য হবে।
২.৩ - আমাদের নির্ভরযোগ্য পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করতে পারবেন। পেমেন্ট সফল হলে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হবে।
৩. ডেলিভারি
৩.১ - আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডার পৌঁছে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি।
৩.২ - কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে এলাকাভেদে ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
৩.৩ - ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের সাথে যুক্ত হবে এবং এটি বিভিন্ন এলাকার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
৪. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ
৪.১ - যদি প্রাপ্ত পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আপনি রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন।
৪.২ - পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় ডেলিভারি রাইডারের সামনে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে চেক করুন।
৪.৩ - রাইডারের সামনে পণ্য চেক না করলে, পরবর্তীতে কোনো রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
৪.৪ - যদি আপনি ব্যক্তিগত কারণে পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে চান, তাহলে ২০০ টাকা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। (একবার ব্যবহৃত প্যাকেজিং বক্স বাতিলের খরচ ও কুরিয়ার চার্জের জন্য ঢাকার মধ্যে ১৪০ টাকা , আর ঢাকার বাইরে ২০০ টাকা নির্ধারিত)।
